" With Don's skillful guidance and steady encouragement, I am reaching my goals, setting new ones, and feeling stronger than ever."
- Stacey Farinholt, Landscape Architect

" Scot is a true professional. He is adept customizing my workout
to the demands of my life and skilled at helping me build strength, maintain tone, and prevent injury. I also belong to a gym, but it's the workouts with Scot that I find most useful. He mixes up routines with combinations of free weights, boxing, running and biking. I just won't
workout that hard on my own, period."
- Jeanne Nugent, Costume Designer
