Personal Training
Don and Scot both have private locations in the City of Richmond within easy driving distance from the Fan, Southside, Northside and West End.
We charge $50 per Hour/Training Session. Your first workout is $50. After your first workout, we charge $500 for every 10 training sessions.
We offer a wide variety of Fitness programs and design your program based on your personal goals. The Programs page on this Website explains each one of our programs in detail.
We offer a wide variey of Fitness Programs. Some are very specialized and not available at most gyms in the city or even across the country.
