Success Stories

" My name is Liz Patton.  I am a 51 year old mother of 3 sons.  I have been training with Scot for almost 18 months and have lost 50 lbs!!!  My back never hurts anymore and I have twice the amount of energy.  What I would once ask someone else to do, I can now do myself!"

- Liz Patton, 51, Retail Business Owner

" For almost 2 years I received Personal Training from Scot Meissner. For a solid hour, twice a week, Scot had a rigourous regiment consisting cardio and weight training.  His program quickly transformed the shape of my body.  A day did not go by when someone did not comment on how good I looked. "

- Libby Elexander, Owner of Pink Clothing Store

Benefits of Massage.
An increasing number of research studies show massage reduces heart rate, lowers blood pressure, increases blood circulation and lymph flow, relaxes muscles, improves range of motion, and increases endorphins (enhancing medical treatment). Although therapeutic massage does not increase muscle strength, it can stimulate weak, inactive muscles and, thus, partially compensate for the lack of exercise and inactivity resulting from illness or injury. It also can hasten and lead to a more complete recovery from exercise or injury.

Massage Types

There are a wide variety of massage therapy techniques to choose form. We specialise in Deep Tissue massage and Hot Stone massage.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones.  The heat from the stones helps release tension from tight muscles. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massasge
Deep Tissue massage is a massage technique that focuses on the deep layers of muscle tissue.  It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas.
