" I started training with Scot two years ago. I had been working
out on my own 4 to 5 days a week, but not seeing results and just
assumed that i was doomed by my genes or that it just wasn't
possible for me to achieve the physical fitness i wanted and saw in
others.
During the same period, I observed an aquaintance go
through an incredible physical transformation. When I complimented
them, they replied that they'd been working with a Personal Trainer

I never felt i was asked to do more than i could handle and Scot's
experience enabled me to get the most out of my workout time rather
than go to the gym every night on my own and just mantain my
mediocre fitness.
In the first year with Scot i lost 50 lbs and transformed my physique
in ways that i thought were impossible based on my "body type".
