As a qualified and accredited trainer since 1995, I’ve have worked with a very varied clientele. I have appeared on tv and in magazines helping clients lose weight, improve their health and learn how to lead life to the max. My philosophy is simple....We are all athletes, the only difference is some of us are in training, some of us are not. I have two hands, one for helping myself and one for helping others.
